Why can I not access my voicemail from my phone?

Some VoIP handsets are unable to properly send the tones required to access the voicemail when dialling 500.

This is a known issue with some models such as the Zyxel P2000W V2. Please follow the instructions provided by your manufacturer for enabling DTMF using "Inbound".
