How do I retrieve my voicemail?

All voicemail messages are forwarded to your email as a .wav file. This would happen only if your email address for that particular voip number is setup correctly.

In addition, you could also retrieve your voicemail by dialling 501 from your aql voip phone - this does not require you to enter your VoIP number. You may also dial 500 to retrieve the voicemail for any aql VoIP number, and you will be prompted for the VoIP number and corresponding PIN

If you are away from your computer and your voip phone, you could still get to your voicemail by dialling 0844 358 0500 (or 08713 123 500).
