Can I change the delay for when answerphone/voicemail kicks in?

You can change the voicemail delay (in seconds).

Please log in to aql.com/telecoms >> Call Setting >> Voicemail

Then set the voicemail delay to however many seconds you prefer and click "Save Settings"
