Can I get delivery reports for messages sent via email to sms?

If you are using open sending, yes.

When you register the address you want to send email2sms from, tick the box "Receive Reports of Messages Received?"

For each email to sms sent from that address, you will receive an email to notify you of the message being sent, and another upon delivery of the message.
