The aql offices will be running on skeleton staff over Good Friday and
Easter Monday. Our phone lines will be closed from the 6th to the 9th of
April inclusive and will reopen on tuesday 10th April at 9am.

If you require assistance, please use the online support system via either
http://www.aql.com or via http://www.a-q.co.uk. As ever, we'll answer all
queries promptly, but please try to assign the correct priority to your
query to help guide us during this period of reduced staffing. There is also
our 24 hour premium rate number if required.

If you are a prepay customer, please ensure you have sufficient credit
to last through the Easter period in case of difficulties paying online. Please
be assured that if there are any problems, please raise a ticket with as many details
as you can and include a mobile contact number.

All customers with a support contract will still be able to use their 24
hour contact number. If you do not have this number, or have not been assigned
one, please contact us for more information.

For your further reassurance, aql monitor all critical aspects of their systems
24/7 - performing over 400,000 automated checks every hour, so if anything service
affecting arises, we will announce it online and work on it straight away.

aql are recruiting first line support engineers. You must be either
computing graduate calibre or experienced in supporting and using
internet based applications (FTP, SMTP, POP3, IMAP, SMPP, SNMP).

You'd be working as part of a small, dedicated team in a fast paced
environment in our Leeds City offices at Brewery Wharf.

Training given, salary commensurate with experience. Scope to expand
into either systems development or management.

Powered by reliable Cisco(tm) architecture, aql can now offer Fax to Email
services on their full portfolio of 9 million UK Geographic numbers.

Numbers assigned as fax numbers can be used for fax-only. To enable goto :

Scroll down to the "Fax to email" section

Choose "Convert a VoIP number to a fax to email number:" and click "use
for fax".

Faxes will be emailed to the nominated email address in .tif format. Try it.
If you haven't yet ordered an aql.com phone number - you would first need to do this
via https://www.aql.com/telecoms/site/order1.php

Note - we can also port BT and other numbers into the aql network, so if you
have a fax line, port it to aql and pay aql's low monthly charge and never have
to buy another fax cartridge again.
