aql® have 3 existing points of presence in Leeds (two city centre and one colocation-only facility in Kirkstall, approximately 2 miles out of the city centre).

Leeds Site 2 is the first phase of a 2 phase datasuite rollout. The first suite is 135m2 (approx 1500sqft) of secure datafloor space, equipped to serve 16Amps per rack to a total of 42 racks.

Phase 2 includes a 5000sqft 120 rack expansion to this facility.

aql® provide specialist colocation services to the IP telephony and mobile communication industry. Colocating with aql® allows you to leverage one of the UK's three largest wholesale IP telephony platforms, which currently hosts over 42 million UK numbers.

aql® also have on-net access into the UK and many overseas mobile networks. If your application requires to leverage this access, then colocation with aql® can provide this.

Site 2 - Phase 1 - Floor plans

The site is manned 24/7 and protected by motion sensitive CCTV, void sensors and racks can have individual access monitoring as required (subject to additional charges). The floor layout is as shown below. Blue areas denote plant and ancillary equipment (switching, chillers).

Red shaded areas are reserved for existing aql® clients and infrastructure. Green areas can be reserved (full racks or quarter rack increments). Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
